[摘要] 目的: 调查挂广州市某社区老人居家护理需求情况，分析影响某社区居家老人家庭护理服务需求的因素。方法: 采取随机抽样的方法抽取147名居家老年人对其进行问卷调查。结果: 在健康教育方面，提供预防指导知识所得平均分数最高为3.75分; 护理技术支持中，紧急情况的救护所得平均分数最高为3.67分 ; 疾病管理需求中提供定期体检服务所得平均分数最高为3.93分; 健康促进需求中提供健康咨询热线所得最高平均分数为3.76分; 心理社会支持需求提供心理支持为最高分3.65分。老年人服务需求与年龄和患病种类相关( P ＜ 0．05)。结论:年龄、患病种类是老年人服务需求的影响因素。社区医疗服务站应针对其加大五个维度的宣传教育，向多样化、多领域服务体系发展。

Survey on family nursing service demand and its influencingfactors among the elderly in a community in Guangzhou

[Abstract] To investigate the demand of home care for elderly in a community in Hang Guangzhou and analyze the factors influencing the demand of home care service for the elderly in a community. Methods: 147 elderly people were randomly sampled to investigate the questionnaire.Results: in health education,the highest average score of providing preventive guidance knowledge was 3.75; in the nursing technical support, the average score of emergency rescue was 3.67; the average score of regular physical examination service provided in disease management needs was 3.93; the highest average score of health counseling hotline in health promotion needs was 3.76; The highest score was 3.65 for the psychological and social support needs.The service demand of the elderly was related to age and disease types (P < 0.05).Conclusion: age and disease type are the influencing factors of service demand of the elderly.Community medical service stations should increase the publicity and education of five dimensions, and develop into diversified and multi-domain service system.
