摘要

政治品格是个人在所处政治领域表现出来的政治意识、政治素养和政治行为等个人品性，其与个人素质、政治环境、政治发展有着密切关系。清朝廉吏于成龙在23年的为官历程中勤政廉洁、革弊饬政，曾三次被誉为“卓异”，康熙皇帝评其为“清官第一”，足见其清正廉明、勤政爱民等政治品格。综合运用文献分析法、史论结合法,结合实地考察法，赴广西罗城于成龙博物馆进行考察，对于成龙政治思想与实践进行研究。由古观今，在反腐倡廉、改革创新的时代背景下，研究古代廉吏于成龙的美好政治品格，对现代共产党人的思想教育有重要的引领作用，从而引导共产党人综合政治素养的发展，并对政治体制的改革和廉政风气的建设有现实的借鉴意义。

Study on the Political Character and Modern Value of the Ancient Lian Li Yu Chenglong

Abstract

Political character is the personal character, such as political consciousness, political accomplishment and political behavior, which is closely related to personal quality, political environment and political development. In the course of 23 years, Yu Chenglong, an honest and honest official in the Qing Dynasty, was regarded as "Zhuo Yi" three times, and was praised as "the first official in the Qing Dynasty" by Emperor Kangxi. Based on the literature analysis method and the historical theory combination method, combined with the field investigation method, we went to Luocheng Yu Chenglong Museum in Guangxi to study Jackie Chan's political thought and practice.From ancient to present, under the background of anti-corruption and reform and innovation, studying the beautiful political character of ancient honest officials in Chenglong has an important leading role in the ideological education of modern Communists, thus guiding the development of Communists' comprehensive political literacy. And the reform of the political system and the construction of clean government atmosphere has practical reference significance.
