摘要：篮球运动作为深受广大青少年热爱的运动项目之一，在泸州市有广泛的群众基础。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对泸州市青少年儿童篮球培训市场发展现状进行分析研究，得出以下结论：当前泸州市篮球培训机构存在管理制度不严格，男女比例严重失衡，在教学过程中忽视篮球理论教学，教学内容单一，教学备课不充分等问题。根据存在问题，提出以下解决办法：1强化政府监督力度，严格市场准入机制；2引进专业退役运动员，增加女教练数量；3定期安排教学培训，提升教练员教学水平；4合理安排教学内容，提升教学质量等。促进泸州市篮球事业更好更快的发展。

Abstract: as one of the sports loved by the majority of young people, basketball has a broad mass base in Luzhou city. By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and other research methods, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of children's basketball training market in Luzhou, and draws the following conclusions: at present, there are some problems in Luzhou basketball training institutions, such as the management system is not strict, the proportion of men and women is seriously unbalanced, the theoretical teaching of basketball is ignored in the teaching process, the teaching content is single, and the teaching preparation is not sufficient. According to the existing problems, the following solutions are put forward: 1. Strengthen the government supervision and strictly enforce the market access mechanism; 2. Introduce professional retired athletes and increase the number of female coaches; 3. Arrange teaching and training regularly to improve the teaching level of coaches; 4. Arrange teaching content reasonably to improve the teaching quality. Promote the development of basketball in Luzhou better and faster.
