健步走对男大学生体质健康的影响研究——以喀什大学为例

摘 要

现如今我国大学生身体素质呈下降趋势这和大学生平时缺少锻炼有关,而健步走是一种常见的锻炼方法,其可实践性强,具有重要意义。为寻求一种大学生适宜健身运动,并为大学生科学健身提供参考,本文参考借鉴已有运动教育模式的研究基础上进行基于计步器 APP 的大学生健步走干预实验研究,通过使用文献资料法、实验法、抽样方法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法来探寻健步走对男大学生体育锻炼态度和体质影响情况。经过健走前后对大学生身体素质的对比,反应出了健步走对男大学生体质健康有促进作用,比如50米、800米等方面,最后针对研究过程中发现的问题以及得到的结论,提出相关性建议。

Study on the Effect of Walking on the Physical Health of Male College Students

—— Take Kashgar University for example

Abstract

Nowadays, the physical fitness of college students in China continues to show a downward trend, which is largely related to the lack of adequate physical exercise. Walking is a common exercise method, which is practical and of great significance.For the purpose of seeking a suitable exercise for college students and providing a reference for the scientific fitness of college students,this paper carries out an experimental study on the intervention of collegestudents' walking based on the APP of pedometer based on the study of the existing sports education model, and explores the attitude and physique of walking towards male college students' physical exercise by using literature, experiment, sampling, mathematical statistics and logical analysis Impact. Using pedometer to quantify the amount of walking exercise,to explore the impact of walking on the physical health ofcollege students, as well as some possible effects on other aspects of life, such as sleep quality, attention and fatigue. After measuring the physical quality of college students before andafter walking, it reflects that walking can promote the physical health of male college students, such as 50 meters ,800 meters and so on. Finally, according to the problems found in the research process and the conclusions obtained, the relevant suggestions are put forward.
