【摘　要】本文以福州市六家大型青少年篮球培训营为调查的对象，采用了文献信息资料法,问卷调查法，数理统计法等研究手段，对青少年篮球培训营的发展现状进行了深入的研究。调查了这些培训营的基础设施情况、市场操作情况、教练员的情况、学员的情况，总结了其中存在的问题。存在的问题主要表现为：培训营的管理和经营不规范：培训营的规模参差不齐，收费参差不齐；领导者的工作能力较弱，没有明确的企业办学思想；教练员专业技能水平较低，影响了学员技术素质的提高与发展。针对性地对这些存在的问题给予了相应的解决对策，为福州市少儿童篮球培训营更好地发展建设提供了意见，进而促使这些培训营得到更好的发展，满足各种多方面的需求。

【Abstract 】 this article to fuzhou six large youth basketball training camp to investigate object,adopting the literature information data method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,for the development of fuzhou six large-scale youth basketball training camp situation carried on the thorough research of the system, and studied the condition of fundamental facility that the training battalion, market operation situation and situation of the trainers, the situation of the students, sums up the problems. The existing problems are as follows: the management and operation of the training camp are not standardized; the scale of the training camp is uneven,and the fees do not reach the fixed standard;The leader's work ability is weak,there is no clear idea of running a school; The low level of professional skills of coaches has affected the improvement and development of students' technical quality. This paper gives corresponding solutions to these existing problems,and provides suggestions for the better development and constructionof the basketball training camps for children in Fuzhou,so as to promote the better development of these training camps and meet the needs of various aspects.
