| 南京地区高校轮滑运动开展现状与对策研究
摘要 随着国家对体育教育的重视，加上现如今学生的身体素质普遍急剧下降，各个学校不断的加强着对体育运动的重视。轮滑是近几年来比较火的运动，并且响应习近平主席的号召，目前在中国冰场的数量较少，大众对滑冰的接触较少，而轮滑不同对场地气候的要求较低，所以在群众中基础厚实，以轮转冰突破了不同形式之间的隔阂。在喜爱轮滑的人群中主要以青少年学生为主，所以在高校发展轮滑运动是很重要的，是必不可少的一门课。轮滑不仅可以锻炼身体素质，培养良好的体育兴趣和习惯，培养个性，而且还有助于陶冶情操，缓解学习压力,建立积极、乐观的生活态度,提高青少年的抗挫力。轮滑运动技术相对比较的简单，容易普及和掌握，另外也具有着较强的趣味性，所以目前轮滑课也得到了很多学校的欢迎，成为了一项课程，但是从实际情况来看，很多大学生进入到学校之前并没有接受过这方面的训练，所以轮滑的学习也基本都是从零开始。
Abstract With the attention of our country to physical education and the sharp decline of students' physical quality nowadays, every school has continuously strengthened its emphasis on sports. Roller skating is a popular sport in recent years.In response to President Xi Jinping's call,there are few ice rinks in China at present, and the public has less contact with skating. However, different roller skating has lower requirements on the climate of the venue, so it has a solid foundation among the masses andbreaks through the barriers between different forms by rotating ice. Young students are the main people who love roller skating,so it is very important and necessary to develop roller skating in colleges and universities. Roller skating can not only exercise physical fitness,cultivate good sports interests and habits,cultivate personality, but also help cultivate sentiment, relieve learning pressure, establish a positive and optimistic attitude towards life, and improve teenagers' resistance to frustration. Roller skating technology is relatively simple, easy to popularize and master,and also has strong interest, so roller skating has been welcomed by many schools and become a course. However, from the actual situation,many college students have not received this training before entering the school, so roller skating learning is basically from scratch.
