| 企业资本结构优化研究
摘要
通过对当前企业资本结构以及资本结构优化的探索，探讨了我国企业经营现状及资本结构问题，以及对我国企业资本结构优化等理论进行了全面阐述与理解，并在格力电器这一案例启示下，对企业调整资本结构的措施进行了分析。从分析格力电器企业财务数据入手，进一步论述其存在的问题及改进建议，从而给我国企业资本结构优化提出了相关建议与对策。

Research on the optimization of enterprise capital structure
Abstract
Through the exploration of the current enterprise capital structure and the optimization of capital structure, the author has a preliminary understanding of the current situation and problems of China's enterprise capital structure,and comprehensively expounds and understands the theories of the optimization of China's enterprise capital structure. And in the case of Gree Electric Appliances,the measures to adjust the capital structure of enterprises are analyzed. Starting with the analysis of the financial data of Gree Electric Appliances,this paper further discusses its existing problems and suggestions for improvement, and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the optimization of the capital structure of Chinese enterprises.
