摘 要：公文是公务活动中，用以表达意志、传递策令、沟通信息的文字工具和手段，高质量的公文不仅可以有效提高工作效率，甚至可能对社会、历史产生不可估量的影响。但是目前公文写作的理论研究还处于较低的层次，有待于进一步提高和完善，并且由于着重强调公文的庄重性和权威性，同时也带来了一些负面影响，一篇优秀的公文不仅需要做到规范性，还应该富有感染力，然而庄重的语言文字撰写出的公文常干瘪无趣、刻板枯燥，忽略了作者与受众之间的情感联系，缺少号召力和鼓动性，这时就需要运用到文学写作中的部分写作方式，学会巧妙的在不同的语境中使用表达技巧，将二者进行有效的结合，不仅有利于公文语言表现力的提升，还能使公文在新时代中焕发出独特的魅力。

On the Infiltration of Literary Writing in Official Document Writing

Abstract：Official documents are written tools and means used to expresswill, transmit orders and communicate information in official activities. High quality official documents can not only effectively improve workefficiency, but also have incalculable influence on society and history. But at present, the theoretical research of official document writing is still at a low level, which needs to be further improved and perfected,and because of the emphasis on the dignity and authority of official documents, it also brings some negative effects. A good official document not only needs to be normative, but also should be infectious.However, official documents written in solemn language are often dry and boring, rigid and dry,ignoring the emotional relationship between the author and the audience, lack of appeal and agitation. At this time, it is necessary to apply some writing methods in literary writing,learn to use expression skills skillfully in different contexts,and combine the two effectively,It is not only conducive to the improvement of the language expression of official documents, but also makes official documents radiate unique charm in the new era.
