摘 要：目前，随着计算机网络通讯技术的迅猛发展，社交软件兴起，使得人们的生活有了巨大的改观，但同时也带来了问题。通过社交软件裸聊继而利用裸聊照片或视频实施敲诈勒索的犯罪案件开始频繁出现。本文从相关理论概述入手，阐述目前网络裸聊类敲诈勒索案件的现状，找出网络裸聊类敲诈勒索案件频发的原因，并提出针对网络裸聊类敲诈勒索案件的防范对策，阐述可行借鉴策略。

Prevention and Control of Extortion Cases of Net Naked Chat

AbstractAt present, with the rapid development of computer network communication technology and the rise of social software, people's lives have been greatly improved, but they have also brought problems. Criminal cases of blackmailing through social software naked chat and then using naked chat photos or videos for extortion began to appear frequently.This article starts with an overview of related theories, expounds the current status of online naked chat blackmail cases, finds out the reasons for the frequent occurrence of online naked chat blackmail cases, and proposes preventive countermeasures against online naked chat blackmail cases, and elaborates feasible strategies for reference.
