摘要：累犯制度在我国刑法中发挥着不可磨灭的作用，它不仅充分体现了我国刑法的刑罚思想,而且与其他法律制度紧密联系相互合作，对于打击违法犯罪和维护社会秩序有着重要作用。值得注意的是，累犯制度在我国从古至今便一直存在，虽然它并非一成不变，而是随着历史的变程与社会的发展而不断得到完善与提升，但累犯制度并非完美无瑕，依然存在着其不可忽视的局限性。只有结合具体的实际情况，发现累犯量刑制度存在的缺陷并对其进行分析并提出解决方案，才能不断完善我国的累犯量刑制度，使其适应不断变化的社会需求，从而更好地让累犯量刑制度充分发挥其作用，同时与刑法其他制度相互配合协作，实现打击犯罪，保障权益的目。

Abstract：Recidivist system plays an indelible role in China's criminal law.It not only fully embodies the penalty thought of China's criminal law,but also closely links with other legal systems and cooperates with each other, which plays an important role in combating crimes and maintaining social order.
