| 民警处置刀斧砍杀类警情的现状调查及对策研究——以西宁6.30枪击案为例 摘要：以刀斧砍杀手段实施犯罪是个人极端暴力犯罪行为中一种常见的犯罪类型, 其作案随机性强,作案工具简单,作案手段残忍, 给案件的预防和现场处置带来了极大的困难，也严重侵害了窝火社会的正常秩序， 严重威胁我国社会的和谐稳定。 加强对刀斧砍杀类警情的研究,能为防控,处置刀斧砍杀类警情提供参考性实施办法， 本次基于西宁市6.30枪击案件为样本，分析目前刀斧砍杀类警情的特征与特点， 并从公安机关角度分析西宁市6.30枪击案的处理过程， 并分析公安机关处置过程中的不足之处，并从警员培训， 预案设置两个方面提出优化对策，希望能够帮我我国公安机关更好地应对此类警情。 关键词：刀斧砍杀； 危机处置； 优化对策 Investigation and Countermeasures on the Current Situation of Police's Handling of Police Situations with Swords and Axes Take Xining's 6.30 shooting as an example Abstract：The use of knife and axe to commit crimes is a common type of crime in personal extreme violent crimes.
