| 论处置“武疯子”暴力事件的策略与能力提升路径研究 摘要：“武疯子”通俗来讲就是有暴力倾向的精神病患者，他们会用武力伤害自己， 亦或是自杀； 更有甚者会导致周围人群甚至家人的受伤或死亡。 由于法律的不完善，技术能力的不足以及现场分工不明确等问题， 以致案件处置行动的失败，民警受伤牺牲。 近几年“武疯子”暴力事件层出不穷，为了解决以上问题， 应重点培养警察们处理此类案件的能力， 特别是处置“武疯子”暴力案件的策略及能力上的提升。 本次从“武疯子”暴力案件的现状入手， 探究“武疯子”暴力案件现阶段处置工作中的不足， 并从提升公安机关处置“武疯子”暴力案件能力的角度寻找强化培训， 增加警备配置等方法，用以提升我国公安机关应对“武疯子”暴力案件的处理能力。 关键词：“武疯子”暴力案件； 能力提升； 应对策略 A Brief Analysis on the Investigation and Prevention Countermeasures of the Epidemic-related Telecom Network Fraud Crimes Abstract: Generally speaking, "wu lunatics" are mental patients with violent tendencies. They will use force to harm themselves or commit suicide. What's more, they will cause injury or death to the surrounding people and even their families. Due to the imperfection of the law, the lack of technical capabilities, and the unclear division of labor on the scene, the handling of the case failed and the police were injured and sacrificed.
