摘 要

现在，幼儿教育在一个人的人生发展中地位越来越高。近年来，我国也将学前教育事业发展放在重中之重，但因为近代以来，我国在发展中遇到的不用程度的困难，教育事业的发展也一直止步不前。如今，学前教育发展取得了一定成就，但与我国经济政治相比，还是有所落后。邻国日本在教育这方面的发展是值得我们所借鉴的。尤其是日本的学前教育事业的发展。因此，研究日本学前教育的发展对我国来说，是有帮组的，是值得借鉴的。

吸取日本的经验教训，我国应该在立法，制度落实上面都要进行改进，当然国家政府单方面的号召远远不够，还需要各级政府，各个幼儿园，园长教师等进行改进。要让整个社会明白学前教育的重要性，这才方便各个部门的配合。

Abstract

Now, early childhood education in a person's life development status is getting higher and higher.In recent years, Our country has also put the development of pre-school education in the top priority, but since modern times,our country has encountered difficulties in the development of the degree of non-use, the development of education has also been stoic. Today, the development of pre-school education has made some achievements,but compared with China's economic and political, there is still some backwardness. The development of education in neighbouring Japan is worthy of our reference.Especially the development of pre-school education in Japan.Therefore, the study of the development of pre-school educationin Japan is helpful to our country, and it is worth learning from. Learn from the lessons of Japan, our country should be in the legislation,the implementation of the system should be improved above, of course,the unilateral call of the national government is far from enough, but also need all levels of government, kindergartens, teachers and so on to improve. To make the whole community aware of the importance of pre-school education, this will facilitate the co-operation of various departments.
