| 网络暴力的立法规制 摘要 网络暴力事件在互联网的发展中与日俱增。由于立法不够规范具体，受害人权益不能得到很好的保障。因此，通过本文对网络暴力问题的成因的研究，结合国内外的立法基础，综合过去我国立法环境的变化，对网络暴力的立法提出建议，及时维护受害者的合法权益，减少网络暴力的发生。 关键词：网络暴力；比较立法；立法发展 Legislative regulation of cyber violence Abstract Cyber violence is increasing with the development of Internet.Due to the lack of specific legislation,the rights and interests of victims can not be well protected. Therefore, through the study of the causes of the problem of network violence,combined with the legislative basis at home and abroad,combined with the changes of the legislative environment in the past, this paper puts forward some suggestionson the legislation of network violence, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the victims in time and reduce the occurrence of network violence.
