| 大学生个人信息安全问题及对策研究——以电信诈骗为例 摘要：在新形势下，大学生的日常生活中接触到信息的领域越来越多，信息泄露的隐患也越来越多。尤其是伴随着互联网技术的发达，一根网线就可以窃取大学生的个人信息，一根网线也可以完成以个人信息为载体的刑事犯罪。但是，大学生的安全防范意识较弱，没有树立起对于信息安全保护的意识。这使得日常生活中，以信息作为表现特征的电信诈骗甚至间谍犯罪事件频发，给大学生带来了经济损失，给国家安全带来了威胁。作为一个安全防范意识较弱的群体，必须对大学生进行思想教育，才能够减少犯罪分子的可乘之机。以此为出发点，以大学生信息安全保护为研究对象，从电信诈骗为案例出发，分析当今高校存在的信息安全问题，研究培养信息安全防范意识的作用和地位，通过研究网络诈骗的对策方法，提出高校必须从理论和实践两个层面采取有效措施预防电信诈骗，提高学生对个人信息安全问题的重视。 关键词：信息安全，电信诈骗，个人信息 Abstract：In the new situation, college students are exposed to more and more information fields in their daily life, and there are more and more hidden dangers of information leakage. Especially with the development of Internet technology,a network cable can steal the personal information of college students, and a network cable can also complete the criminal crime with personal information as the carrier. However, the security awareness of college students is weak,and they have not established the awareness of information security protection. This makes the frequent occurrence of Telecom fraud and even espionage crime characterized by information in daily life,which brings economic losses to college students and threats to national security. As a group with weak security awareness,ideological education must be given to college students in order to reduce the opportunities for criminals. From this point of view, taking the information security protection of college students as the research object,starting from the case of telecommunication fraud,this paper analyzes the information security problems existing in today's colleges and universities,studies the role and status of cultivating the awareness of information security prevention, and puts forward that colleges and universities must take effective measures to prevent telecommunication fraud from both theoretical and practical aspects, so as to improve the quality of students The importance of personal information security.
