| 大数据时代公民个人信息保护
摘要：大数据时代公民个人信息日益成为推动社会前进的重要因素，进而推动着生产力的快速发展，同时也为我们当下的消费时代提供了极大的便利。但不可否认的是，大数据时代下人们的各种信息被快速的收集、处理甚至出售，使得公民的个人信息遭受到了不同程度的侵犯，破坏了经济社会的良性发展，侵犯了公民的个人权利。本文从侵犯公民个人信息罪构成要件的维度出发，结合我国当下社会实际，探讨在大数据时代公民个人信息保护的刑法规制，并提出相关的完善公民个人信息法律保护的建议。

Criminal Regulations for the Protection of Citizens’ Personal Information in the Big Data Era
Abstract: Abstract: In the era of big data,personal information of citizens has increasingly become an important factor for the advancement of society, which in turn promotes the rapid development of productivity, and at the same time provides great convenience for our current consumer era. However, it is undeniable that in the era of big data,people’s various information is quickly collected,processed and even sold,causing citizens’ personal information to be violated to varying degrees, destroying the sound development of the economy and society, and infringing on citizens’ personal rights.This article starts from the dimensions of the constitutive elements of the crime ofinfringing on citizens' personal information,combined with the current social reality of our country, discusses the criminal laws and regulations for the protection of citizens' personal information in the era of big data, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the legal protection of citizens' personal information.
