随着互联网的快速发展，互联网金融也快速发展起来，并且与金融业有着不可分割的关系。互联网金融虽然在很大程度上方便了人们的生活，但是也存在着一些问题，在互联网这种模式下，许多消费者的合法权益受到了侵害，如知情权、公平权、自主选择权等。本文主要从互联网金融消费者权益保护的概念为基础展开研究，分析国内外的互联网金融消费者权益保护的立法现状，针对互联网金融消费者权益保护存在的问题，提出完善互联网金融中的法律、监管机制及其消费者纠纷解决机制的建议。

On the protection of the rights and interests of Internet financial consumers

Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet,Internet finance also develops very rapidly and has become an important part of China's financial industry. Although Internet finance has greatly facilitated people's life, there are still some problems.Under the Internet mode, many consumers' legitimate rights and interests have been infringed, such as the right to know, the right to equity, and the right to choose independently. Based on the concept of the protection of the rights and interests of Internet financial consumers,this paper conducts research, analyzes the current legislative situation of the protection of the rights and interests of Internet financial consumers at home and abroad,and puts forward suggestions to improve the law,supervision mechanism and consumer dispute resolution mechanism in view of the existing problems in the protection of the rights and interests of Internet financial consumers.
