| 浅谈残疾人生育权 摘要 自20世纪70年代以来，残疾人权利保障问题都是各国不可忽视的重要问题之一。解决好残疾人的权利问题，能够推动经济发展，促进社会的和谐稳定。随着经济的不断发展，国家越来越重视人民生活水平的提高，残疾人作为社会重要组成部分之一，我国通过不断地努力，从实际出发，在法制建设、保障政策、权益的具体落实等方面都得到了较大的发展，残疾人生活得到了较大改善。但残疾人问题仍然很突出。残疾人是社会群体中的弱势群体，其权益需要通过法律途径 予以保障。本文通过残疾人生育权这一问题出发，通过查阅相关法律法规、文献资料 ，对基本概念进行梳理，探析目前存在的现状，分析保障制度缺失的原因，探讨残疾人生育的衍生问题，借鉴相关经验，为其权利保障完善奠定理论基石，做处切实有效的保护。 解决好其问题，推动实现中华民族伟大复兴。 Abstract Since the 1970s, the protection of the rights of the disabled has been one of the important issues that can not be ignored in all countries. Solving the problem of the rights of the disabled can promote economic development and social harmony and stability. With the continuous development of economy, the country pays more and more attention to the improvement of people's living standards. As an important part of society, the disabled people have made great progress in legal construction, security policies and the implementation of rights and interests through continuous efforts and proceeding from reality, and their lives have been greatly improved. But the problem of the disabled is still very prominent. Disabled people are vulnerable groups in social groups, and their rights and interests need to be protected through legal channels. This paper starts from the issue of the right of birth of the disabled, combs the basic concepts by consulting relevant laws and regulations, literature, analyzes the current situation, analyzes the reasons for the lack of security system, discusses the derivative problems of the disabled, and uses relevant experience for reference, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the improvement of their rights protection and do practical and effective protection.
