摘要:
 
目的:通过分析ASD儿童的年龄、性别、不同的训练方式、不同的训练时长和家庭相关因素以及养育环境对儿童孤独症谱系障碍(Autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的儿童康复疗效的影响,为ASD患儿康复训练提供参考依据。
 
方法:选择2020年6月至2020年11月在南方某省级三级儿童专科医院儿童保健所经副主任医师及以上医师确诊为ASD儿童的120例患儿作为研究对象。所有患儿均符合美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第五版(关键词:儿童孤独症谱系障碍;干预训练方式;家庭养育环境;康复疗效;家庭影响因素
 
Correlation analysis of influencing factors of rehabilitation efficacy in children with autism spectrum disorder
 
Abstract:By analyzing the effects of ASD children’s age, gender,different training methods, different training durations,family-related factors,and parenting environment on the rehabilitation efficacy of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), rehabilitation for children with ASD Training provides reference basis.
 
Objective:From June 2020 to November 2020,120 children diagnosed as children with ASD in the Children's Health Center of a provincial tertiary children's hospital in the south were selected as the research objects by the deputy chief physician and above physicians. All the children met the diagnostic criteria of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V),and the scores before and after training on the CABS scale were used to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy of children with ASD.
 
Methods: From June 2020 to November 2020,120 children diagnosed as children withASD in the Children's Health Center of a provincial tertiary children's hospital in the south were selected as the research objects by the deputy chief physician and above physicians. All the children met the diagnostic criteria of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V),and the scores before and after training on the CABS scale were used to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy of children with ASD.
 
Results:
 
The average difference of the CABS scale before and after the joint training group, family training group and institutional training group are 5.12, -0.55, -0.49, respectively, with F=-82.935, p<0.001, so different intervention training can be learned There are significant differences in the way of rehabilitation. Specifically, the LSD method is used for further multiple comparisons: the resultis joint training> family training; joint training> institutional training.
 
The average scores before and after the CABS scale of children with ASD whose training time is 1-2 hours, 3-5 hours, and 5-7 hours are more than 7 hours per day are -0.24, 5.48, 5.43, 4.17, and their F=48.689, p< 0.001, different training durations have significant differences in rehabilitation efficacy.The specific LSD method is used for further multiple comparisons: the result is3-5 hours>1-2 hours; 5-7 hours>1-2 hours; more than 7 hours>1 -2 hours.
 
The average values of the scores before and after the CABS Scale for ASD children with frequent disputes and harmonious relationships were -3.00 and 2.69, respectively, with t=-15.126 and p<0.001.Therefore, it can be seen that there is a significant difference in the therapeutic effect of the marital relationship between the parents.
 
The average difference of the CABS scale before and after the ASD children who are the only child and the non-only child are -2.40 and 3.31, respectively, with t=-15.156, p=0.000, and p<0.001.Whether the only child is an only child has a significant effect on rehabilitation difference.
 
The average value of the difference before and after the CABS scalefor ASD children with a monthly household income of less than 2,000, 2,000 to 5,000, 10,000 to 20,000, and greater than 20,000 are -0.89, 2.67, 2.37, 2.05, and 2.00, respectively.=3.693, p=0.007, p<0.05, the specific LSD method is used for further multiple comparison: the result is "2 thousand-5 thousand> less than 2 thousand;5 thousand-10 thousand> less than 2 thousand; 10,000-20 thousand>2 Below a thousand".
 
The average scores before and after the CABS scale for ASD children with parents,parents and grandparents, mothers, mothers and grandparents, and grandparents were -1.05, -0.94, 3.34, 3.00, 2.75, and their F=12.013, pp <0.001, using the LSD method for further multiple comparisons: the result is "mother>parents;mother and grandparents>parents; grandparents>parents; mother>parents and grandparents;mothers and grandparents>parents and grandparents; grandparents>parents and grandparents".
 
Conclusion:
 
The rehabilitation effect of ASD children in the joint training group of institutions and families is the best.
 
Among the family factors, the harmonious parental relationship, non-only child,mother as the main foster child,and high family monthly income are all positive factors influencing the rehabilitation efficacy of children with ASD.
