摘 要

本文基于近年来国际商务交流日渐频繁，同时对商务人士顺利进行商务英语函电写作的要求明显提高，以文献分析和联系实际为基础，拟通过对中西方文化差异进行简要分析，以进一步深化对商务英语函电写作中西文化差异对其影响的理解和认知，并运用相关专业知识及实践中所遇到的真实案例来探讨文化差异对商务英语函电写作带来的负面影响，并提供相应的解决策略。
本论文主要分为四个部分，第一部分是简介，分为两个小节，主要分析了商务英语函电写作在商务交际中的重要性以及在商务英语函电写作中导致中西文化差异的原因。第二章则是对中西文化差异对商务英语函电写作的影响进行了详细的分析。第三章是根据第二章谈及的影响因素从而提出了相应的解决策略。第四章阐述了分析的结果，商务英语函电写作是一个重要的交际平台，尽管文化差异不可避免，但是只要我们掌握相应的文化知识，树立文化意识，也能提高商务交际活动的有效性。

ABSTRACT

This paper is based on the increasing frequency of international business exchanges in recent years, and at the same time, the requirements for business people to smoothly write business English letters and telegrams have significantly increased. Based on document analysis and connection with reality, this article intends to conduct a brief analysis of the differences between Chinese and Western cultures to further deepen the business. Understanding and cognition of the impact of Chinese and Western cultural differences in English correspondence writing, and using relevant professional knowledge and real cases encountered in practice to explore the negative effects of cultural differences on business English correspondence writing, and provide corresponding solutions.
This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which is divided into two sections. It mainly analyzes the importance of business English correspondence writing in business communication activities and the reasons for the differences between Chinese and western cultures in business communication. The second chapter analyzes the influence of the cultural differences between China and the West on business English correspondence writing. The third chapter proposes strategies to solve the problem based on the factors discussed in the second chapter. The fourth chapter illustrates the results of the analysis. Business English correspondence writing is an important communication platform, and although cultural differences are inevitable, we can ensure effective business communication activities as long as we master the appropriate cultural knowledge and establish cultural awareness.
