摘要

河南小吃的名称丰富多彩，有些还包含着深厚的文化内涵，为了让外国友人更好的了解河南特色小吃及背后的文化内涵，对其恰当的翻译十分重要。本文在目的论视角下采用文献分析法和对比分析法对河南特色小吃名称的英译进行分析，得出了以下结论：对于注重信息传递的小吃名称，应采用直译法进行翻译；对于带有修辞或典雅行话的小吃名称，应采用意译或转译进行翻译；对于带有文化空缺词或地域特色的小吃名称，应采用音译法进行翻译。这样可以为今后相关的翻译研究提供一些借鉴。
在目的论的指导下，本文将从以下五个部分进行分析：第一章介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义和价值、主体结构;第二章为文献综述;第三章介绍了目的论的发展和目的论的三个原则;第四章是本文的中心章节，主要介绍了河南特色小吃的汉语表达特点及目的论指导下的河南特色小吃的翻译方法;第五章总结了全文。本研究可以帮助外国友人更好的了解河南特色小吃，从而更好的宣传河南传统文化。

An Analysis of C-E Translation Strategies of Henan SpecialSnacks from the Perspective of the Skopos Theory

Abstract

The names of Henan snacks are rich and varied,and some also contain profound cultural connotations. In order to make foreign friends better understand the characteristics of Henan snacks and the cultural connotation behind them, it is very important to translate them properly. This thesis uses literature analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the English translation of Henan special snack names from the perspective of Skopos Theory, and draws some conclusions. For snack names that focus on information transmission, literal translation should be used.For snack names with rhetoric or elegant jargon, free translation or conversion should be used.For snack names with cultural vacancy words or regional characteristics, transliteration should be used. This can provide some reference for related translation studies in the future.
Under the guidance of Skopos Theory,this thesis will be analyzed from the following five parts: The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance and value, and the main structure of the paper. The second chapter is literature review.The third chapter introduces the development of Skopos Theory and the three principles of Skopos Theory. The fourth chapter is the central chapter of this paper,which mainly introduces the Chinese expression characteristics of Henan special snacks and the translation methods of Henan special snacks under the guidance of Skopos Theory. The fifth chapter summarizes the whole paper.This study can help foreign friends to better understand Henan special snacks, so as to better publicize the traditional culture of Henan.
