Chapter Two: Causes of Women's Trauma
This chapter will focus on the causes of trauma in Bone.Analyzing the trauma causes from three aspects,social influence, family influence and personal reasons. According to the definition of PTSD,trauma means the recurrence or repetition of the stress or painful events, which may develop after exposure to an event in which death or severe physical harm occurs or is threatened. It can occur in people who have experienced or witnessed traumatic events such as naturaldisasters, serious accidents,terrorist acts, war, combat, rape and violent personal assault.To sum up, the causes of trauma are distinctively differentbut they could be generally divided into three dimensions. This first source of trauma comes from natural catastrophes,like earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods,while the second type of trauma is attributed to accidental events, like car and air crashes, food poisoning, and gas explosion. The third kind of trauma is results from men, such as domestic violence and war.Considering the causes of trauma for the Leong women,they are mainly ascribed to human force as described in the third source of trauma.
