中国与英国商务谈判礼仪差异分析【英文】

摘 要


自从我国改革开放以来尤其近几年,经济实力获得空前发展,与各国的经济往来也空前密切。中国成为了世界经济的重要一环。与此同时,我国与别国的贸易往来越来越多,贸易增长也越来越快。21世纪世界经济一体化进一步加强,国家与国家之间的贸易交往更是频繁。而贸易往来就离不开商务谈判,尤其是中英商务谈判也变得越来越频繁。新的世纪是一个文明与文明之间互相碰撞交往的时代,世界上每一个国家的人民交往都离不开文化礼仪。文化交往礼仪是不同种族的人们,不同国家地区之间的交往的纽带和桥梁,它是一切言行举止的行为准则,确保来自不同文化背景的人们能够顺利的交流,而不产生误解和误会。商务谈判礼仪就像润滑剂一般地贯穿于商务谈判交流之中。特别是在经济全球化,多元化的今天,各国之间的交流与合作已成为一种趋势,国与国,地区与地区之间,民族与民族之间的经济,政治往来日益频繁商务谈判礼仪成为其沟通与交流不可缺少的中间环节。英国作为世界重要的经济贸易中心,与我国的贸易往来十分频繁。我们在外贸中需要跟很多的英国人打交道,这时外贸谈判礼仪和文化礼仪就显得十分重要。我们只有充分了解中英谈判礼仪的差异,深刻理解英国人的礼仪和思维,我们才能避免犯错误,为我们的谈判保驾护航。反之,如果我们并不能好好了解英国的商务谈判文化礼仪,那么我们就会在谈判中犯错误导致谈判不能成功。所以我们应该好好了解英国的文化交往礼仪,这对以后商务谈判成功进行起到至关重要的作用。

要想真正的深入了解英国的商务谈判文化交往礼仪,我们就必须要先了解商务谈判的概念与意义,本文所探讨的所有内容都建立在商务谈判的基础上来阐述。本论文通过对英国与中国不同的文化背景,中英商务礼仪差异分析,以及目前中英商务谈判礼仪的不同现状进行了阐述与分析,简单介绍中英商务谈判礼仪的基本概况,然后结合当下中英商务谈判存在的问题提出相关的商务谈判技巧和一些解决办法。为了更好的了解和掌握中英商务谈判的技巧和与之对应的解决办法,必须要注意以下几点:一是一定要了解中英两国当下商务谈判的现状,为应对和适应不同英国公司的文化,必须要灵活应对及时调整策略;二是根据不同的场景和存在的各种问题,要提前准备好策略和知识储备,必要时可以进行场景模拟来锻炼随机应变能力。

ABSTRACT

Since China's Reform and Opening Up, especially in recent years,economic strength has been unprecedented development, and economic exchanges with various countries are also unprecedented close. China has become an important link in the world economy.At the same time, China's trade with other countries ismore and more, the growth of trade is faster and faster. In the 21st century, the integration of world economy is further strengthened, and the trade exchanges between countries are more frequent. And trade is inseparable from business negotiations,especially China-British business negotiations are becoming more and more frequent. The new century is an era of collision and communication between civilizations.People of every country in the world cannot communicate without cultural etiquette.Cultural communication etiquette is the link and bridge between people of different races, different countries and regions. It is the code of conduct for all words and deeds to ensure that people from different cultural backgrounds can communicate smoothly without misunderstanding and misunderstanding. Etiquette of business negotiation runs through thecommunication of business negotiation as lubricant. Especially in today's economic globalization and diversification,the exchange and cooperation between countries has become a trend. The economic and political exchanges between countries,regions and ethnic groups are becoming increasingly frequent. Business negotiation etiquette has become an indispensable intermediate link in their communication and exchanges. As an important economic and trade center in theworld, Britain has a very frequent trade with China. We need to deal with a lot of British people in foreign trade,so foreign trade negotiation etiquette and cultural etiquette become very important. Only when we fully understand the differences between Chinese and Britishnegotiation etiquette and deeply understand the etiquette and thinking ofBritish people can we avoid making mistakes and guarantee our negotiation. On the contrary, if we don't have a good understanding of Britishbusiness negotiation culture and etiquette,then we will make mistakes in the negotiation and the negotiation will not be successful. Therefore, we should have a good understanding of British cultural communication etiquette, which plays a vital role in the success of business negotiations in the future.

In order to truly understand the culture and etiquette of business negotiation in Britain, we must first understand the concept and significance of business negotiation. All the contents discussed in this paper are based on the business negotiation.This paper through to the British and Chinese different culture background,the Sino-British business etiquette difference analysis,and the different situation of Sino-British business negotiation etiquette for elaboration and analysis,a simple introduction of the basic situation of the business negotiation etiquette, and then combined with the present problems existing in the Sino-British business negotiations related to business negotiation skills and some solutions. In order to better understand and master the skills of Sino-British business negotiation and the corresponding solutions,we must pay attention to the following points: First, we must understand the current situation of Sino-British business negotiation. In order to cope with and adapt to the culture of different British companies,we must be flexible and timely adjust the strategy; Second,according to different scenarios and existing problems,we should prepare strategies and knowledge reserve in advance, and when necessary, we can conduct scene simulation to exercise adaptability.
