生鲜电商企业在新零售模式下的供应链成本管理——以叮咚买菜为例【英文】 Abstract As one of the representatives of the new retail industry, the fresh e-commerce industry has a broad development prospect in the era of big data. For the Fresh E-commerce industry, in order to ensure the good distribution of fresh products, enterprises need to invest a lot of money in supply chain allocation, so the supply chain cost accounts for a large proportion. Enterprises need to strengthen the control of supply chain cost, ensure that the supply chain cost of enterprises is kept within a reasonable range, reduce the cost and efficiency, reduce the waste of enterprise resources, so as to obtain a broader space for development. This paper first describes the research background and significance of this paper, and according to relevant theories and research status at home and abroad, analysis of the current situation and trend of the development of Fresh E-commerce under the new retail model. Secondly, to explore the management, accounting and composition of the cost of Fresh E-commerce based on the perspective of supply chain, and combined with the actual development characteristics of Fresh E-commerce, put forward a perfect and effective guarantee mechanism, so as to improve the management efficiency and reduce the cost of this purpose. Referring to the specific case of Ding Dong, this paper analyzes the ways and advantages of the supply chain cost management of Ding Dong, and finally leads to the inspiration of the supply chain cost management of Ding Dong to Fresh E-commerce suppliers.
