| On the Embodiment and Function of the Principle of Good Faith in International Trade 摘要 市场经济是指通过市场配置社会资源的经济形势，世界在国际贸易中被看作一个整体即整个市场，而资源在世界市场上进行配置。市场经济是一种契约经济，在市场经济发展中，诚信被看作是基石和不可缺少的原则，市场经济不断的发展，就要求市场主体能够遵循诚信原则，这是市场经济的内在需要，也是现代文明的基础和标志。诚信原则是一种普遍存在的道德和行为准则，是现代经济社会中贸易与贸易、公司与公司，人与人之间建立互信互利关系的道德桥梁。当前，基于国际贸易环境日益严峻和复杂，诚信原则在国际贸易中也凸显重要。 本文将以国际贸易中的诚信原则问题展开研究，首先介绍诚信原则和国际贸易的概念及关系，从多方面阐述诚信原则在国际贸易中的体现，最后引出诚信原则在国际贸易中的作用，使国家企业在进行国际贸易时重视诚信原则，在实践中努力克服诚信缺失，推动国际经济发展。 关键词：诚信原则；国际贸易；体现；作用 Abstract Market economy refers to the economic situation in which social resources are allocated through the market. The world is regarded as a whole in international trade, that is,the entire market, and resources are allocated in the world market. The market economy is a contract economy.In the development of the market economy,honesty is regarded as the cornerstone and an indispensable principle. The continuous development of the market economy requires market entities to follow the principle of honesty. This is the inherent need and the foundation and symbol of modern civilization.The principle of good faith is a universal moral and code of conduct.It is a moral bridge for establishing mutual trust and mutual benefit between trade and trade, between companies and between people in modern economic society. At present, due to the increasingly severe and complex international trade environment, the principle of good faith is also important in international trade. This paper will study the principle of good faith in international trade.Firstly, it introduces the concept and relationship between the principle of good faith and international trade, expounds the manifestation of the principle of good faith in international trade from manyaspects, and finally introduces to the role of the principle of good faith in international trade,so that national enterprises pay attention to the principle of good faith in international trade,strive to overcome the lack of good faith in practice, and promote international trade economic development.
