| 从黑人女性主义的角度分析《紫颜色》中西丽的人物形象 Abstract The Color Purple is the masterpiece of Alice Walker, a famous American writer.It practices Walker's ideal of black-feminism.The novel depicts such a vivid black woman as Celie,and describes the process of Celie's inner awakening of black feminism in the form of letters. This paper first briefly introduces the origin and development of black-feminism, and then analyzes the process during which Celie gradually realized her value as an independent individual under the encouragement of her black sisters and grew up from a coward girl to an independent and brave black woman. This paper uses the theoretical knowledge of black-feminist literary criticism to analyze the awakening of Celie, summarizes the process from physical awakening to spiritual awakening,and expounds on how Celie became a representative figure of black-feminism in the History of American literature. At the same time combined with the background of The Times and the author's ownexperience to explore the causes of the appearance of The character Celie.
