On the Application of the Nonverbal Communication in International Business Negotiation Abstract In the course of international business negotiations, negotiators’ body language and other non-verbal behaviors will convey information to each other. Through the analysis of non-linguistic information, the true intentions of the other party can be judged, and the untranslatable communication content can be experienced to promote the negotiation process. International business negotiators must be familiar with the differences in non-verbal communication in different cultures and make timely and accurate judgments and responses to the information they convey. This article is based on a cross-cultural background and fully considers the impact of cultural differences on non-linguistic behaviors, namely, the deep-seated reasons that influence the characteristics of negotiating psychological activities and the elimination of regional prejudice and racial prejudice. In international business negotiations, non-verbal behaviors and verbal behaviors are complementary and inseparable. They are important tools for effective communication. The content of information outside of speech provided in the exchange cannot be ignored. The study of nonverbal behavior in cross-cultural business negotiation is very meaningful. This paper aims to help people better understand the important role of non-verbal information exchange in the negotiation, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the negotiation efficiency. Keywords:Nonverbal communication, International business negotiation 非语言交际在国际商务谈判中的应用研究 摘要 国际商务谈判过程中,谈判者的体态语以及其他非语言行为都会向对方传递信息。通过分析非语言信息,可判断对方的真实意图,体会不可言传的交际内容,以促进谈判进程。国际商务谈判人员必须熟悉在不同文化中非语言交际的差异,并对它们所传递的信息做出及时准确的判断和反应。本文基于跨文化背景,充分考虑到非语言行为的文化差异对其产生的影响,即影响谈判心理活动特征的深层次原因,消除地域偏见和种族偏见。在国际商务谈判中,非言语行为与言语行为相辅相成、密不可分,是人们有效交际的重要工具,在交流中提供的言语以外信息内容是不可忽视的。非言语行为在跨文化商务谈判中的研究十分有意义,本文旨在帮助人们更好地了解谈判中非语言信息交流的重要作用,从而最终达到提高谈判效率的目的。 关键词:非语言交际;国际商务谈判 |
