幼儿分享行为的培养分析 摘要:人们在社会交往中表现出来的谦让、帮助、共享、合作等有利于他人和社会的行为就是亲社会行为。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出,教师应培养幼儿乐意与人交往、学习互动、合作和分享的情感。一个乐意与他人分享的人,是内心欢愉、心理健全、人格完善的人,也是当今社会需要的人。在分享意识和分享行为迅速发展的成长时期,教师应更加重视幼儿的分享意识和分享行为,给幼儿提供交流和互动的机会,引导幼儿积极参与各类集体活动,体验与同伴、他人交往的乐趣,帮助幼儿树立分享意识,培养分享行为。 关键字:幼儿;分享行为;培养 Analysis on the cultivation of children's sharing behavior Absrtact: People's behaviors in favor of others and society,such as humility, help, sharing and cooperation, are prosocial behaviors. "Kindergarten education guidelines" pointed out that teachers should cultivate children willing to communicate with people, learning interaction, cooperation and sharing of emotion. A person who is willing to share with others is a personwith happy heart, sound psychology and perfect personality. He is also a person needed by today's society.In the growing period of rapid development of sharing consciousness and behavior,teachers should pay more attention to children's sharing consciousness and behavior, provide children with opportunities for communication and interaction,guide children to actively participate in various collective activities,experience the fun of communication with peers and others, help children establish sharing consciousness and cultivate sharing behavior.
