摘要：幼小衔接是指学前教育机构与小学的衔接，在我国通常指幼儿园与小学的衔接，简称幼小衔接。这个时候幼儿即将结束幼儿园生活开始接受小学教育的初期，也是幼儿心理发展的一个转折期。幼小衔接问题，是长期被广大家长与教育者一直关注却没有得到很好的解决的难题。幼儿园、家长、小学三方面没有达到有效沟通，也没有正确认识幼小衔接问题。导致在幼小衔接中出现很多问题。只注重知识上的片面衔接，不注重幼儿思维发展,学习习惯，导致严重的小学化倾向。师资力量薄弱，教学内容的差异，生活环境与作息制度都是导致幼小衔接工作不当的原因。幼小衔接工作应该贯穿于整个幼儿期，全面培养幼儿素质，体智德美得到全面发展，纠正小学化倾向，协调幼儿园、小学、家庭和社会的关系，共同做好幼小衔接工作，解决好幼小衔接工作中存在的问题。

At this time, children are about to end kindergarten life and begin to receive primary education, which is also a turning point in children's psychological development. The problem of young convergence is a problem that has been concerned byparents and educators for a long time but has not been solved very well. Kindergarten, parents, primary school three aspects did not achieve effectivecommunication, and did not correctly understand the problem of child cohesion. Lead to a lot of problems in the young cohesion.Only pay attention to the one-sided connection of knowledge,do not pay attention to the development of children's thinking, learning habits, leading to a serious tendency of primary school. The weakness of teachers, the difference of teaching content,the living environment and the system of work and rest are the reasons for the improper work of young children. The work of young and young cohesion should run through the whole early childhood period,cultivate the quality of young children in an all-round way, develop physical,intellectual, moral and beauty in an all-round way,correct the tendency of primary school,coordinate the relationship between kindergarten, primary school, family and society, and work together to solve the problems existing in the work of young and young cohesion.
