新入职幼儿教师职业认同状况的对策研究

摘要:幼儿教师职业认同感代表了教师的价值观、归属感和工作态度,体现一个教师的专业发展的程度,是近年幼儿教育界较有热度的讨论话题。本文以文献研究作为理论基础,采用文献归纳法,探讨了目前新入职幼儿教师职业认同的现状及影响因素,从而提出提升新入职幼儿教师职业认同的对策:政府应该适当提高幼儿教师的经济和社会地位,幼儿园要多给新入职幼儿教师机会以此来重视他们,教师本身也应该正确做好生涯规划,希望通过这些举措来提高新入职幼儿教师的职业认同。

Investigation and Research on the Status of Professional Identity of New-entered Preschool Teachers

Abstract: the professional identity of preschool teachers represents teachers' values,sense of belonging and working attitude, and reflects the degree of professional development of a teacher. On the basis of literature research,this paper discusses the present situation and influencing factors of newpreschool teachers' professional identity, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the new preschool teachers' professional identity: the government should improve the economic and social status of preschool teachers.
