教师回应中班幼儿消极情绪的对策研究

摘要  当幼儿产生消极情绪时,教师对其的反应态度与回应方式高度影响着幼儿情绪的健康。中班幼儿因个性意识的发展,同时自我情绪管控能力不足,常容易因一些琐事表现出消极情绪。以我在幼儿园实习经历所做的观察记录为依据,对观察到的多例幼儿消极情绪事件作为典型案例进行分析,分析教师的回应方式以及通过对个别教师进行访谈,总结出教师应对方式类型,可以发现教师的回应存在一些不足之处。在分析问题后,从教师观念、教师回应方式、教师情绪能力等角度提出相应对策。

A Case Study of Teachers'Response to Negative Emotions of Middle-class Children

Abstract:When children have negative emotions,teachers' response attitude and response style highly affect their emotional health. Because of the development of personality consciousness and the lack of self-emotional control ability, middle-class children often show negative emotions because of some trivial matters. Based on the observation records of my internship experience in kindergarten,this paper analyzes many cases of children's negative emotional events as typical cases, analyzes the teachers' response methods and interviews with individual teachers. Summing up the types of teachers' coping style,we can find that there are some shortcomings in teachers' response. After analyzing the problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of teachers' concept, teachers' response style and teachers' emotional ability.
