幼儿园新手教师师幼互动现状研究

摘要  师幼之间的良好互动是幼儿教育活动得以有效开展的必要前提,对于幼儿教育活动的质量和水平具有十分重大的影响。但是幼儿园新手教师做好师幼互动并非易事,有不少新手教师在这一方面存在误区,难以保证师幼互动的质量和水平。本文基于此分析了师幼互动的内涵和价值,然后归纳和总结了当前幼儿园新手教师师幼互动存在的突出问题,如师幼互动的内容过于单调、师幼互动的技巧严重不足、师幼互动的有效性不够高等,并进一步剖析了上述问题出现的具体原因,如幼儿教育的理念落后师幼互动意识差、幼儿教育缺乏趣味性不利于师幼互动实施、教师指导尺度把握幼儿差缺乏互动的积极性等,最后以上述问题和原因为导向提出了幼儿园新手教师做好师幼互动的有效策略,如学习先进教育理念提升师幼互动意识、坚持趣味原则激发幼儿学习兴趣、塑造师幼互动情景积极开展幼儿互动式教学,希望对于帮助幼儿园新手教师进一步做好师幼互动有积极帮助。

A study on the current situation of teacher child interaction among novice kindergarten teachers

Abstract The good interaction between teachers and children is the necessary prerequisite for the effective development of early childhood education activities,which has a great impact on the quality and level of early childhood education activities. However, it is not easy for kindergarten novice teachers to do a good job of teacher-child interaction. Many novice teachers have misunderstandings in this respect,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality and level of teacher-child interaction. Based on this, this paper analyzes the connotation and value of teacher-child interaction,then sums up and summarizes the outstanding problems existing in the current kindergartennovice teacher-child interaction,such as the content of teacher-child interaction is too monotonous, the skills of teacher-child interaction are seriously insufficient, the effectiveness of teacher-child interaction is not high enough, and further analyzes the specific reasons for the above problems, such as the concept of early childhood education lags behind teachers In the end, based on the above problems and reasons, the paper puts forward some effective strategies for kindergarten novice teachers to do a good job in teacher-child interaction, such as learning advanced education concepts to enhance the awareness of teacher-child interaction, adhering to the principle of interest to stimulate children's interest in learning, and molding We hope that it can help the new kindergarten teachers to do a better job in the interaction between teachers and children.
