民办幼儿教师专业发展现状与对策研究


摘 要
 
随着国家的大力提倡和支持民办幼儿园发展,民办幼儿园教师的比例在整个幼儿园教师队伍中来说占有很大比例,其所具备的专业素质对幼儿健康发展有着密切关系。民办幼儿教师专业化发展也是自身成长过程中的内在需要,作为长期从事于幼教事业的民办教师需要在工作中逐步的完善自己专业知识,专业能力,专业理念的转变,从而在实践中实现自我价值。
 
本研究是以提升幼儿园教师专业发展的策略为目的,采用的是文献研究的方法,主要从政府层面、幼儿园层面、幼儿教师层面以及家长层面出发,提供出相应的策略方法。从政府层面看,如果想促进幼儿教师专业发展,则需要增加教育经费方面的投入,加强管理监督的力度,完善教师培训机制,创新参与培训模式;从幼儿园层面看,提高教师专业化水平,需要端正办园思想,开展园本教研,注重人文关怀,实行奖励机制;从幼儿教师层面看,需要树立终身学习理念,加强自我反思意识,树立专业发展意识,增强社会认同感;从家长角度看,则需要转变传统观念,从而更好的实现家园共育,不断促进教师专业发展的水平。

the proportion of private kindergarten teachers occupies a large proportion in the whole kindergarten teacher team,and their professional quality is closely related to the healthy development of children. The professional development of private preschool teachersis also an internal need in the process of their own growth. As private teachers who have been engaged in preschool education for a long time,they need to gradually improve their professional knowledge,professional ability and professional concept in their work, so as to realize their self-value in practice.
 
The purpose of this study is to seek strategies for improving the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Using the method of literature research, from the government level, kindergarten level,preschool teachers' level and parents'’ level, put forward the corresponding strategies. From the government level, to promote the professional development of preschool teachers,it is necessary to increase educational investment,strengthen management and super vision, improve the teacher training mechanism, and innovate the mode of participation in training.
