幼儿自由游戏中教师参与和指导情况的调查


摘 要
 
自由游戏是幼儿期典型的游戏方式之一,深受幼儿喜爱,自由游戏对幼儿成长发展有很大的价值。幼儿处于成长的特殊年龄阶段,游戏能力有了很大的发展,教师参与和指导对幼儿游戏价值的充分实现起着很大的推动作用。本研究选取笔者实习时的某幼儿园,通过观察和访谈获得教师对幼儿自由游戏的认知、游戏开展的时间、频率及教师在幼儿游戏中的参与和指导等信息,指出了幼儿自由游戏中教师参与和指导存在的问题,包括游戏开展前的准备不足、游戏进行中的教师指导问题和游戏结束评价阶段内容缺乏深度等,分析这些问题产生的原因,从幼儿园和教师两个方面提出对应的策略。

Abstract
 
Free play is one of the typical games in early childhood, which is deeply loved by children.Free play has great value for children's growth and development.Children are in the special age stage of growth,and their game ability has been greatly developed. Teachers' participation and guidance play a great role in promoting the full realization of children's game value. In this study, the author selected a kindergarten where the author was practicing.Through observation and interview,the teacher's cognition of children's free play, the time and frequency of the game development, and the teacher's participation and guidance in children's games were obtained. The problems existing in the teacher's participation and guidance in children's free play were pointed out, including the lack of preparation before the game development,the teacher's guidance problems and problems in the game development This paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward corresponding strategies from kindergarten and teachers.
