| 赌博违法行为的治安防范对策研究——以网络赌博为例 摘要 赌博作为一种违法行为，历史悠久，一直严重侵扰这我国社会治安的和谐稳定， 是我国公安机关常态打击的治安案件类型之一。 近些年来，面对赌博违法行为久打不绝的情况，犯罪模式不断翻新的现状， 公安机关也一直尝试从治安防治角度加大对此类犯罪的打击力度。 本次研究从我国赌博违法行为的现状出发， 对当前我国赌博违法行为的发生特征与犯罪特点加以总结， 分析我国赌博违法行为久打不绝的原因， 并从立法、个人教育、信息监管、网络打击多 个角度探究赌博违法行为的治安防范对策， 推动健康文明社会的发展。 关键词：治安防治； 赌博违法犯罪； 赌博防治 Research on the Public Security Prevention Countermeasures of Illegal Gambling Abstract Gambling, as an illegal act, has a long history and has been a serious intrusion into the harmony and stability of our country's social security. It is one of the types of public security cases that my country's public security organs normally crack down on. In recent years, in the face of persistent gambling violations and the constant renewal of crime patterns, the public security organs have also been trying to increase crackdowns on such crimes from the perspective of public security prevention and control. Starting from the current situation of illegal gambling in my country, this study summarizes the characteristics and criminal characteristics of illegal gambling in China, and analyzes the reasons why illegal gambling in my country has been incessant for a long time. It also focuses on legislation, personal education, information supervision, and Internet. Combat multiple angles to explore public security countermeasures against illegal gambling, and promote the development of a healthy and civilized society.
