摘要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展和社会主义市场经济的不断完善，我国乡村社会结构发生巨大的变化，但同时在西部农村，乡村治理面临着诸多的困境,“天价彩礼”、因婚致贫现象屡见不鲜。男女比例失调、风俗习惯的规定、村民攀比心理严重是这一问题的主要诱因，对于农村“天价彩礼”问题的治理可以从农村文化建设、完善法律规范和救济、发展经济，改变农村现状等方面入手。

An Analysis of the Causes and Solutions of "Sky High Price Betrothal Gifts" in Rural Areas

——A Case Study of High Price Betrothal Gifts in Heshui County

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of socialist market economy,great changes have taken place in China's rural social structure, but at the same time, in the western rural areas, rural governance is facing many difficulties, "sky high price betrothal gifts" and poverty caused by marriage are common. The main causes of this problem are the imbalance of the proportion of men andwomen, the provisions of customs, and the serious psychology of the villagers. The governance of the problem of "sky high price betrothal gifts" in rural areas can start from the aspects of rural cultural construction,improving legal norms and relief, developing economy, and changing the current situation of rural areas.
