| 涉爆案件现场的治安管控手段及对策 摘要：公民安全是国家安全的核心环节， 公安机关作为维护我国社会谢谢稳定的保护者， 如何有效把控涉爆案件的公共安全管理将会直 接决定公安机关处理突发危机事件的水平。 在现实工作中，因为涉爆案件处理上的特殊性， 我国部分基层警员对于涉爆案件的治安管控实现认知不足， 涉爆培训业务不熟、加之与应急管理等部门沟 通不畅、实训技能不扎实等问题都将直接影响公众的生命财产安全。 基于这种背景，本次从涉爆案件现场的治安管控流程入手， 分析目前限制公安机关涉爆案件现场的治安管控工作的不足之处，比如培训不到位， 认知不到位等， 进而提出提高对涉爆业务培训重要性的认识、打造校内外涉爆教学实训条件等对策， 希望能够提高公安机关涉爆案件现场的治安管控的能力， 以保障国家安全和社会稳定。 关键词：爆炸犯罪； 变化趋势； 涉爆现场处置； 治安管控 Public security management and control methods and countermeasures at the scene of explosion-related cases Abstract：Citizen safety is the core part of national security. Public security organs, as the protectors who maintain the stability of our society, how to effectively manage the public safety of cases involving explosions will directly determine the level of public security organs' handling of emergencies. In actual work, due to the particularity of handling explosion-related cases, some grassroots police officers in my country have insufficient awareness of the implementation of public security control of explosion-related cases, unfamiliar with the explosion-related training business, and poor communication with emergency management departments. Problems such as lack of solid training skills will directly affect the safety of life and property of the public. Based on this background, this time we started with the security control process at the scene of explosion-related cases, and analyzed the current limitations of public security organs' public security management and control work at the scene of explosion-related cases, such as inadequate training and poor awareness, etc., and then proposed improvements. The understanding of the importance of explosives-related business training, and the creation of training conditions for explosives-related teaching inside and outside schools, are hoped to improve the public security organ's ability to manage and control the scene of explosives-related cases, so as to ensure national security and social stability.
