服务学习视角下的MSW实习过程研究 ——基于在H敬老院实习的记录与反思


摘 要
 
社会工作是一个十分注重实践性和应用性的专业,因此社会工作实习不仅是社会工作教育的关键环节,还是学生检验理论知识、锻炼并提升实践能力的重要途经。本文通过在笔者在新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离期间,学院要求驻地实习的背景下,进驻到当地敬老院进行实习的整个实习过程为主线,以实践研究为研究方法,运用服务学习的视角对实习过程进行总结反思并提出建议,目的在于从实习过程中反应成效与不足,并从多个角度为社会工作实习提供经验与对策。
 
本文由五章构成。第一章为绪论。第二章介绍了进驻实习点,包括实习的背景与动机和H敬老院院的总体情况两个方面。第三章从前期的适应与服务、中期服务中的迷茫与思考、中后期的小组开展以及后期的匆匆退出四个方面详细描述了整个实习过程。第四章对实习过程进行总结和反思,并分析了不足之处产生的原因。第五章从服务学习的角度提出建议和对策。
 
经过总结反思发现,社会工作实习生所面临的困境问题,产生于社会工作自身发展、学院实习制度、实习机构特点、学生自身的因素等多个方面,因此,需要多方支持协同合作和发挥个人的主观能动性。

ABSTRACT
 
Social work is a major that attaches great importance to practicality and application.Therefore, social work practice is not only a key link of social work education,but also an important way for students to test theoretical knowledge, exercise and improve their practical ability. Based on the author during the period of COVID - 19 outbreak home quarantine,college requirements under the background of post practice,into a local nursing homes to practice the whole practice process as the main line,to practice research as the research method, using the perspective of service learning reflections on internship process was summarized and put forward Suggestions, aimed at the reaction in the process of practice achievements and shortcomings, and from various angles and countermeasures for social work practice experience.
 
This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter introduces the internship place,including the background and motivation of the internship and the overall situation of H Nursing home. The third chapter describes the whole internship process in detail from four aspects: adaptation and service in the early stage,confusion and thinking in the middle stage, group development in the middle and late stage, and hasty exit in the late stage. The fourth chapter summarizes and reflects on the practice process, and analyzes the causes of the deficiencies. The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of service learning.
 
Through summary and reflection,it is found that the difficulties faced by social work interns arise from the development of social work itself, the internship system of colleges, the characteristics of internship institutions, students' own factors, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to support the cooperation and give play to the subjective initiative of individuals.
