| 基层政府政务微信存在的问题及对策研究——以河南省为例 摘要 随着互联网时代的快速发展，以微信为代表的新媒体平台拥有过亿的用户量，我国政府也抓住机遇，积极利用“微信公众号”这种新媒介技术，让公众通过网络渠道表达自身的利益需求，不断提高公民对公共服务的满意度。政务微信为政府和群众提供了网络沟通的桥梁，基层政府要充分发挥政务微信的作用，及时在公众号中发布政府公共决策、问题处理等环节的信息和群众关心的民生信息，这样才能更好的建设服务型政府。 目前各级政府都基本已开通了微信公众平台，但在管理中也出现了很多问题，本文以河南省为例，通过文献研究法，案例分析法和比较分析法研究河南省政务微信的发展现状，分析大多数政务微信在服务性意识、优质原创作品、平台分布等存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决方法。 关键词：政务微信.基层政府.优化策略 let the public express their interests through the network channels,and constantly improve the satisfaction of citizens with public services. Government affairs wechat provides a bridge for the government and the masses to communicate on the internet. The grass-roots governments should give full play to the role of government affairs wechat,in order to build a service-oriented government,the information of government’s public decision-making, problem handling and people’s livelihood concerned should be released in time. At present, governments at all levels have basically opened wechatpublic platforms, but there are also many problems in the management. This paper takes Henan province as an example,through the literature research method,case analysis and comparative analysisare used to study the current situationof government affairs wechat in Henan province, analyze the existing problems of most government affairs wechat in service consciousness, high quality original works, platform distribution and so on, and put forward corresponding solutions.
