| 汕头市智慧社区建设研究--以澄海区广益街道为例 摘 要 随着经济全球化和信息化的不断发展，传统的城市社区已经不能满足人民对居住环境的要求，智慧城市和智慧社区应运而生。近年来，我国在智慧社区的建设不断进行探索，经过北京、上海、广州、江苏等城市的试点，再到引起兴建热潮，我国的智慧社区领域在不断进步和发展。汕头市作为经济特区，在智慧城市的建设方面也不甘落后，全市的智慧社区建设在逐步发展，建设成果受到市民的广泛好评，但也存在着不足。 本文选取汕头市澄海区为研究目标，以澄海区广益街道智慧社区的建设情况为研究对象，理论研究与应用研究相结合，运用公共管理学、社会学的相关理论，结合汕头市澄海区的具体情况，根据广益街道智慧社区的建设现状，分析建设过程中存在的问题，同时深入探索产生这些问题的原因。研究国内外城市智慧社区建设的成功案例，借鉴其先进的经验，再结合广益街道智慧社区的实际情况，提出相应的对策和建议。在提高广益街道智慧社区建设水平的同时，也为国内其他智慧社区建设提供一定的经验和参考。 关键词：智慧社区；社区建设；澄海区广益街道 abstract With the continuous development of economic globalization and informatization,traditional urban communities can no longer meet the people's requirements for the living environment, and smart cities and smart communities have emerged. In recent years, my country has continuously explored the construction of smart communities.After pilot projects in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,and Jiangsu, and then caused a construction boom,the field of smart communities in my country is constantly progressing and developing. As a special economic zone, Shantou is not far behind in the construction of smart cities.The construction of smart communities in the city is gradually developing.The construction results are widely praised by citizens, but there are still shortcomings. This article selects Chenghai District, Shantou City as the research target,takes the construction of the smart community in Guangyi Street,Chenghai District as the research object,combines theoretical research with applied research, uses relevant theories of public management and sociology, and combines the research in Chenghai District, Shantou City. According to the specific situation,based on the current situation of the construction of the smart community in Guangyi Street, analyze the problems existing in the construction process, and at the same time deeply explore the causes of these problems. Study the successful cases of urban smart community construction at home and abroad,draw on its advanced experience,and combine the actual situation of the smart community in Guangyi Street to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. While improving the construction level of smart communities in Guangyi Street,it also provides certain experience and reference for other smart communities in China.
