| “互联网+政务服务”对地方政府治理的影响分析与实验研究 ［摘要］信息技术的发展，特别是网络技术的发展，正在改变着人们几千年以来形成的信息技术传递方式，人际间的沟通方式和社会组织的管理方式，并深刻影响着社会生活和政府运作的方式，而在国民经济和社会信息化过程中，政府信息化处在关键和核心的位置。本文具体分析政府信息化给政府管理带来了积极变化，为“互联网+政务服务”的具体实施进行一定的理论探讨。 ［关键词］ “互联网+政务服务” 政务服务信息化 政府治理 On the development of government service informatization ABSTRACT: The impact of "Internet plus government services" on local government governance is analyzed and experimental research. The development of information technology, especially the development of network technology,is changing the way of information technology transmission,interpersonal communication and social organization management, which has been formed for thousands of years, and profoundly affects the way of social life and government operation, and in the national economy and society.
