健美操专选生操化动作力度训练的研究
摘要:随着高校健美操运动的迅速发展,健美操操化动作的质量要求迅速提高,动作力度是提高健美操操化动作质量的重要因素。本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、视频分析、数理统计分析等方法,对健美操专选生操化动作力度的影响因素进行探究,并根据影响因素分析出操化动作力度的训练方法。结果表明:健美操操化动作的力度训练应从个人的心理意识、自身的力量素质、肌肉的感知能力、自我的音乐修养、动作的控制能力、身体的延伸性等方面入手;提高健美操操化动作的完成质量,展现健美操的活力,进一步吸引更多的人参加健美操。

Abstract
Abstract:With the rapid development of Aerobics in Colleges and universities, the quality of Aerobics action is required to improve rapidly. The strength of action is an important factor to improve the quality of Aerobics action.Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics analysis,this paper explores the influencing factors of calisthenics students' Calisthenics movement strength, and analyzes the training methods of calisthenics movement strength according to the influencing factors.The results show that: the strength training of Aerobics should start from personal psychological consciousness, own strength quality, muscle perception ability, self music cultivation,action control ability, body extension and other aspects;improve the completion quality of aerobics, show the vitality of aerobics, and further attract more people to participate in aerobics.
