摘 要

 

随着越来越激烈的外部市场竞争的环境下，如何增强企业在社会上的竞争力和影响力，实现对企业自身战略的持续发展，会对完善内部环境分析与优化提出了更高的要求。通过强化企业内部控制环境的建设和优化，能增强企业内部监事会的职能发挥，同时也能更好的增强企业的凝聚力，使得相关的事务能有效的进行。同时这对于企业内部环境的分析与优化有着非常重要的意义。

 

本文采用文献研究法和案例研究法，根据已选定的课题方向，通过阅读文献查找所需信息，从而全面正确了解掌握直播型企业内部控制的相关现状问题。以虎牙直播企业为案例研究对象，针对虎牙直播的内部控制现状，讨论如何健全和完善虎牙直播的内部环境，提出针对性建议。

Abstract

 

With the increasingly fierce external market competition environment,how to enhance the competitiveness and influence of enterprises in the society and realize the sustainable development of enterprises' ownstrategy will put forward higher requirements for improving the internal environment analysis and optimization.By strengthening the construction and optimization of the enterprise internal control environment,we can strengthen the function of the internal board of supervisors, at the same time,we can better improve the cohesion of the enterprise, so that the relevant work can be carried out effectively. At the same time, it is of great significance for the analysis and optimization of the internal environment of enterprises.

 

This paper uses the methods of literature research and case study,according to the selected subject direction,through reading the literature to find the required information, so as to comprehensively and correctly understand the current situation of the internal control of the live broadcast enterprise. Taking Huya live broadcasting enterprise as the case study object,this paper discusses how to improve and perfect the internal environment of Huya live broadcasting according to the current situation of internal control of Huya live broadcasting, and puts forward some suggestions.
