| 大学生助学贷款存在的问题及对策
摘要
随着高等教育招生规模的扩大，越来越多的学生能够迈上更高的平台深造，但贫困大学生群体的数量也大幅度快速增长。为了帮助家庭贫困的学生继续完成学业，“不让一个贫困生失学”国家出台了大学生助学贷款政策，但在解决困难的同时贷款申办过程出现漏洞，且还款过程中出现学生诚信缺失等一系列问题。基于此，本文通过文献分析等方式就大学生助学贷款政策在执行过程中产生的问题以及问题产生的主、客观因素，并根据实际提出了解决问题的方式以及建议。论文首先介绍了大学生助学贷款政策的分类以及意义，然后通过阐述我国助学贷款发展及实施状况提出贷款申请过程繁琐、资格审查困难、学生诚信缺失等的问题，又从各个问题出发分析原因，最后从政府、银行、学校、学生等角度出发给出应对问题的对策。

ABSTRACT
With the expansion of the enrollment scale of higher education, more and more students are able to go to a higher platform for further education, but the number of poor college students is also growing rapidly. In order to help students from poor families to continue to complete their studies, the state has issued the policy of college student loan, which "prevents a poor student from dropping out of school". However, a series of problems such as the loopholes in the loan application process and the lack of students' integrity in the repayment process occurred while the difficulties were solved. Based on this, this paper, by means of literature analysis, analyzes the problems arising from the implementation of college student loan policies and the subjective and objective factors, and proposes ways and Suggestions to solve the problems according to the actual situation. Paper first introduces the classification and the significance of college student loan policy, and then through the development of China's educational loans and implementation status of the loan application process trival, qualification review problems such as difficult, students' lack of honesty, and starting from each problem analysis, finally from the perspective of the government, Banks, schools and students for coping with problems.
