基于杏花村汾酒酿造文化传承的商业空间设计研究


摘 要

杏花村汾酒,酿造工艺精湛,文化底蕴深厚,是我国历史上的一大名酒,具有重要的历史文化收藏价值。2006年,杏花村汾酒的传统酿制工艺被列入国家级非物质历史文化遗产保护名录。在千百年的历史长河中,汾酒酿造技艺的传承方式主要表现是口传心授、师徒代代相传,而如何“传承”汾酒酿造工艺成为了推动汾酒发展的主要问题和核心动力。

本文基于汾酒文化商业空间设计要素分析,以汾酒酿造技术传承为主要对象,通过技术调研和考察分析汾酒发展的现状以及在商业空间的设计的角度上进行了分析与总结。将汾酒酿造文化应用于商业空间设计中,给单调的商业空间带来更多的文化情感与思想活力。本文提出了商业空间的具体的设计原则与设计方法,从主题的确定到体验节点的设立以及具体的体验流程的内容。

Abstract

Fen Liquor is a famous historical liquor in China with exquisite brewing technology and profound cultural heritage, which has important cultural value. In 2006, Xinghua village Fen wine brewing technology waslisted in the national intangible cultural heritage list. For thousands of years,the main way of inheritance of Fenjiu brewing technology is oral and heart-to-heart, master and apprentice. "Inheritance" is the soul of Fenjiu brewing technology,and the inheritance of Fenjiu technology is the core power of Fenjiu development.

Based on the analysis of the design elements of Fenjiu culture commercial space,taking the inheritance of Fenjiu brewing technology as the main object,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of Fenjiu development and the design of commercial space. Fenjiu brewing culture is applied in the design of commercial space to inject more emotion and vitality into the commercial space. This paper puts forward the specific design principles and methods of Fenjiu brewing culture commercial space,from the determination of the theme to the establishment of experience nodes and the content of the specific experience process.
