青楷槭化学成分的研究



摘 要
 
目的:研究青楷槭的化学成分。
 
方法:本次实验采用硅胶色谱法、中压制备色谱法、高压制备色谱法、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶色谱法来进行分离与纯化,通过核磁共振波谱法(1H-NMR和13C-NMR)等方法对得到的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。
 
结果:对青楷槭中分离得到的4个单体化合物(1-4)进行了结构鉴定,确定了其化合物结构。
 
结论:经过结构鉴定最终确定四个化合物分别为酪醇(1),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2),(+)-儿茶素(3),没食子酸甲酯(4)。

Abstract
 
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Acer tegmentosum Maxim.
 
Methods: In this experiment, silica gel chromatography,medium pressure preparative chromatography,high pressure preparative chromatography and hydroxypropyl glucan gel chromatography were used to separate and purify the monomer compounds. The structures of the obtained monomer compounds were identified bynuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR).
 
Results:The structures of four compounds (1-4) isolated from Acer tegmentosum Maxim.were identified.
 
Conclusion: The structures of the four compounds were identified as tyrosol (1),3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2), (+) -catechin (3) and methyl gallate (4).
