小学语文教师线上教学师生互动有效性提升策略探讨

摘 要 为切实做好疫情防控期间教育教学活动组织,教育部提出为广大学生提供网上教学资源及服务,较好保障了延期开学期间“停课不停教、停课不停学”的教学效果。随着线上教学工作的进行,一些问题也随之而出,其中为突出的是师生互动问题。师生互动是课堂有效学习不可缺少的,与其他学科相比,语文学科更注重学生的语言表达能力,人际沟通交往能力,而语文教材本身的思想教育性也利于提高学生的思想道德修养,促进学生良好道德品质的形成。
本文以新乡市某小学为例,就如何提高小学语文线上教学师生互动有效性为研究问题,通过问卷调查法以及访谈法,对该小学的老师和学生进行深入研究。针对小学语文线上教学师生互动存在的问题及产生原因,从教师、学生、教学环境三方面提出相关建议和解决措施。

Strategies for improving the effectiveness of teacher student interaction in primary school Chinese teachers' online teaching

Abstract In order to effectively organize the education and teaching activities during theepidemic prevention and control period,the Ministry of education proposed toprovide online teaching resources and services for the majority of students, which better guaranteed the teaching effect of "teaching and learning without stopping" during the extended school period. With the development of online teaching,some problems emerge, especially the interaction between teachers and students.The interaction between teachers and students is indispensable for effective classroom learning.Compared with other disciplines,the Chinese discipline pays more attention to students' language expression ability and interpersonal communication ability. The ideological education of the Chinese textbook itself is also conducive to improving students' Ideological and moral cultivation and promoting the formation of students' good moral quality.
This paper takes a primary school in Xinxiang City as an example to study how to improve the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction in primary school Chinese online teaching. Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes an in-depth study on the teachers and students of this primary school. In view of the problems and causes of the interaction between teachers and students inprimary school Chinese online teaching,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions from three aspects of teachers, students and teaching environment.
