| 基于SWOT分析的地方高校教育国际化发展战略研究——以南华大学为例
摘要：教育国际化是地方高等学校实现跨越式发展的一个重要途径,地方高校的国际化发展战略已成为国际教育研究的重要议题。本文以南华大学为例,运用SWOT矩阵模型分析了地方高校教育国际化建设与发展的现状和问题、优势与劣势、机遇与威胁,探讨了地方高校在促进中国文化的传承与创新、参加和塑造当代世界文明的新进程中的地位和作用,并推演出一套采取内涵式发展的wo教育国际化建设与发展的策略。建议明确教育国际化定位、服务国家对外开放指针、发挥学科优势、完善培育机制及提高师资和管理队伍建设能力，以推动地方高校教育国际化的高质量发展。

Abstract: Education internationalization is an important way forlocal colleges and universities to realize leapfrog development. The internationalization development strategy of local colleges and universities has become an important issue in international education research. Based on University of South China as an example,this paper used the SWOT matrix model analyzes the internationalization of local university education present situation and problems of the construction and development, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and discussed the local colleges and universities in promoting China's cultural heritage and innovation, to participate in and shaping the modern world civilization, the position and functions of the new process, and deduce a set of settlement of connotative development under the guidance of the construction and development of education internationalization strategy. It is suggested to define the orientation of education internationalization,serve the guideline of the country's opening to the outside world,give play to the advantages of disciplines,perfect the training mechanism and improvethe construction ability of teachers and management team, so as to promote the high-quality development of education internationalization in local colleges and universities.
