| 我国中小企业出口困境及对策分析 摘要 随着我国生产力的提升和经济的快速发展，我国出口业务的发展非常迅速，但出口行业所处的国际市场变幻无常，会出现各种各样的经济波动，尤其是近些年全球经济回落，我国的出口行业受到了较大的影响，这其中也有许多的中小型企业因为国际市场的波动而有了不良的影响，主要体现在：融资困难导致中小企业资金链极易断开，无法继续扩大生产规模、没有核心竞争力导致出口产品在国际市场的份额较少等一系列的困境。本文通过对中小企业的出口现状分析问题，从中小企业自身问题开始找起，其中包括中小型企业的管理普遍落后，造成了人才培养速度慢，根本留不住人才等问题。再加上国际形势动荡，加大了对中小企业的不利影响。还有一些常态化的问题，各国的本土保护，导致给出口带来了重重困难和关卡。最后本文经过对上述问题的分析，得出中小企业要重视企业管理，运营科学的管理办法运营公司，注重人才的培养和提高员工待遇增加员工的粘性。国家也要健全完整的信誉分级制度，加大对中小企业的扶持，建立完整的帮助体系、司法体系。只有这样才能让中小企业从出口困境中走出来。 关键词：进出口业务，企业融资，中小企业，核心竞争力 Analysis on the Export Dilemma and Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China Abstract With the rapid development of productivity and economy in our country, the development of China's export business is very fast, but the uncertainty is in the international market, export industries will appear all sorts of economic fluctuation, especially in recent years, the global economy, China's export sector affected by the larger, there is a lot of small and medium enterprises because of the fluctuation of the international market with the bad The impact is mainly reflected in the following aspects: financing difficulties lead to the easy disconnection of the capital chain of SMEs, inability to continue to expand the production scale, lack of core competitiveness, and a series of difficulties such as the small share of export products in the international market.In this paper, through the analysis of the export status of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises began to find their own problems, including the management of small and medium-sized enterprises is generally backward, resulting in the slow speed of talent training, unable to retain talents and other problems, coupled with the international turmoil, increase the adverse impact on small and medium-sized enterprises Finally, through the analysis of the above problems, this paper concludes that small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to enterprise management, operate the company with scientific management methods, pay attention to the cultivation of talents and improve the treatment of employees to increase the stickness of employees The country should also improve a complete credit rating system, increase support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and establish a complete help system and judicial system.
