跨国企业海外子公司人力资源管理战略选择研究---以快消品行业为例

摘 要
 
随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展水平不断提升,知识产权经济时代要求企业不断创新经营模式,进一步提升企业的经营管理效率,人力资源作为企业无形资产是完成这一任务的重要环节,已经逐步浸入到各类企业领域,在人们没有意识到的情况对企业的生产和经营产生至关重要的印象,与企业的管理政策相结合形成了人力资源的新事物。但当今许多企业,尤其是某些快消类的跨国企业的子公司由于企业性质的原因,在人力资源建设的投入方面相对来说较少,高素质人力资源管理人才队伍的缺失,并且仍旧执着于传统人力资源管理的工作模式和内容,人力资源管理在实践过程中难以顺利的落实和充分发挥作用。因此,本文以快消类产品跨国企业公司在海外的子公司的管理为例,在全面掌握人力资源管理有关理论的基础上,认识到相关快消类跨国企业的海外子公司在人力资源管理发展的现状,分析在此过程中存在的管理方式不明确、方法缺陷以及对于整体企业管理的影响等多方面的问题,并且针对这些问题提出明确的优化策略以及对应措施,希望能为新时代背景下我国市场经济中各类企业人力资源管理的发展提供有力的研究资料支持。

A Study on the Strategic Choice of Human Resource Management in Overseas Sub-subsidiaries of Multinational Enterprises -- A Case Study of Fast Consumer Industry
 
ABSTRACT
 
With the development of socialist market economy in China,the era of intellectual property economy requires enterprises to innovate their business models and further improve their management efficiency. Human resources, as intangible assets of enterprises, are an important link in accomplishing this task. However, many enterprises, especially the subsidiaries of some fast-moving multinationalenterprises, have relatively little investment in human resources construction and lack ofhigh-quality human resources management personnel because of the nature of the enterprises. And still adhere to the traditional human resources management work model and content, human resources management in the process of smooth implementation and full play. Therefore, this paper takes the management of the overseas subsidiaries of the fast elimination products multinational enterprises as an example, on the basis of fully mastering the relevant theories of human resources management,recognizes the current situation of the overseas subsidiaries of the related fast elimination multinational enterprises in the development of human resources management, analyzes the problems in this process,such as unclear management methods, methodological defects and the impact on the overall enterprise management, and puts forward clear optimization strategies and corresponding measures.
